How to stop looking for love and letting go of finding love are some crucial challenges I find lots of my followers and some clients have faced. This is similar to the questions ‘how to stop trying to please everyone?’ and ‘how to stop worrying about things you can’t control’.

I go through the self love and self esteem part of this today with some self love exercises.
