We're so thankful for the opportunity to share this keto way of eating as a couple. But, being a keto couple is no bed of roses. Just because we share a keto lifestyle doesn't mean we're always in perfect harmony. In today's episode we talk about what it's like to be a keto couple: the good, the bad and the ugly!

We both define healthy food the same way now.

It's possible you only have to make one meal.

You may not get away with only making one meal because you have different tastes.

One of you may be prioritizing health and the other is prioritizing weight.

It can be a let down when keto doesn't fulfill that romantic cooking together fantasy.

Meal prepping isn't like you imagine: playfully flicking droplets of water at each other.

Not discussing struggles can lead to closet eating.
