MICHAEL HEIM CO-FOUNDER AND COO Michael Heim is a mushroom enthusiast that was hooked on Fungi the very first time he ever went morel hunting in 2008. He’s a longtime member of the Colorado Mycological Society (2010) and has served in a variety of positions; board member, president, and editor. For twenty years he cut his teeth in the restaurant industry fueling his appetite for all things wild, propelling him to start his own mushroom foraging and education company in 2015, calling it Enso Farm and Forage. JAKE PLUMMER CO-FOUNDER It all begins with an idea. Jake and some buddies got really turned on by the idea of mushroom medicine for the body and mind. So they started a company to realize this dream. The Pandemic really shifted supply chain economics so the next logical step was to purchase a mushroom farm. Jake, through happenstance, found a plug and play farm and it has been GO GO GO ever since.
