White Lady (Cocktail)

• 2 parts gin

• 1/2 part orange liqueur

• 1/2 part lemon juice

• 1 egg white

1. Put the gin, orange liqueur, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker and dry shake (without ice).

2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.

3. Strain into a glass that’s been chilled but doesn’t have ice in it.
