Welcome to Healing CPTSD. Here we will journey together in healing from childhood trauma and complex PTSD.

I'm your host, Bianca Winter-Mallari, a fellow survivor of childhood trauma, as well as a BIPOC identifying trauma-informed counsellor, somatic therapist and the founder of Embodied Self Therapy, an online private practice serving people worldwide.

On this podcast, we'll be unpacking all things trauma and exploring pathways to recovery through somatics and embodiment, nervous system regulation, parts work, community and trauma informed care.
