Lori Balue is a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Adapt-Certified Functional Health Coach who is helping women over 50 lose weight for good and to reclaim the 2nd half of their life to live pain free, stay active, and reverse age beautifully. She is on a mission to empower women to choose health as their wealth over becoming overweight and having more health issues as they age.

After losing 100lbs herself, reducing her risk for diabetes, ditching asthma, allergies & depression, she also naturally repaired degenerating knees. With all her functional diagnostic nutrition education and functional health knowledge and lived experience, she developed all of this into her signature "The Holistic Low Carb Method." This is her Health Adventure Experience that is a "Weight Loss & Diabetes Solution" for women over 50 to reclaim the 2nd half of their life & decrease the risk of diabetes and other health issues.

Lori Balue has been a featured speaker multiple times at the Whole Wheatery, a natural food store in Lancaster, CA, on ketogenic diets. She has been on many podcasts and is an inspiring and motivating speaker about Aging Beautifully and Adventurously with a holistic low carb lifestyle for weight loss as a method for disease prevention, epigenetics and longevity.

Lori loves gardening, grounding, walks and being outside in nature. When she isn't geeking out about hacking fat loss, you will find her at a half marathon or hiking at National Parks. Her favorite trail is the Bright Angel trail at the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
