79. Laura Prentice of Beldam Woman Care: Menstrual Cycle & Fertility Awareness for Girls, Teens & Mothers

In this episode, I had the great pleasure of chatting with Laura Prentice, owner of Beldam Woman Care. Laura is a Fertility Awareness Method educator. I specifically wanted to have her on to share about her work teaching girls and teens about the menstrual cycle and introducing them to the Fertility Awareness Method. I often share about how angry/frustrated/sad I am that I didn't receive the teachings of Fertility Awareness when I was a teenager so I was especially thrilled to hear of Laura's work in the world.

She shares in this episode about her experience of her own cycle and how she came to learn about Fertility Awareness. We also have a chance to geek out a bit about cervical mucus and how much amazing information we stand to gain from practicing a method like this over time.

Laura Prentice is a passionate cycle educator who teaches Fertility Awareness. She works with women and girls who crave deep connection with their bodies but feel afraid to make the leap. Laura helps women gain a sense of ease and peace around their fertility, health, and pregnancy choices through classes and circles. She leads a monthly Maiden Circle and Mother-Daughter Menstrual Cycle Class in North Texas for 9-12 year old girls and is so honored to get to do this work!
