In this deeply personal episode, I explore the profound growth that can arise from life’s toughest challenges, sharing one of my biggest, most vulnerable lessons from this year. Recently, an experience with a massage therapist tested my initial instincts and led me to unexpected insights, including the surprising outcome of a conversation with the spa’s manager. Through these reflections, I discuss the importance of giving ourselves grace during difficult times and trusting that growth will come from these experiences.
