You Have To Kill Your Demons - Interview with Enrique Aponte

On Today's episode of 'Beat Your Addictions' podcast, we are interviewing Enrique Aponte of Enrecoverytogether. More about Enrique- I understand you. I have fought the battle and I want to support you and see you become victorious. Over twenty years ago I was struggling with devastating life-controlling compulsions, destructive behaviors, and, devastating consequences. I know that feeling of overwhelming hopelessness very intimately. It took for me to secure professional help to bring out of me what I needed for my clarity of mind, sobriety and a joyful life. That experience in conjunction with my recovery journey inspired me to develop what I call the 3 C’s and 4C's Methods. I have personally traveled the path that you need to navigate to discover how to get past and stay away from the following and more: The self-perception of not being good enough for a great life ahead because of shame and guilt. The thoughts of inadequacy and second-guessing your potential to be genuinely happy in sobriety. The insidious disbelief of the fact that there is a strategy at hand to achieve a sober-minded, productive, and overall joyful life.
