#47: "Self-Care for Sluts and Witches" Solo Episode (SEASON FINALE)

It's Sagittarius season, baby, and one of the messages of the archer is to find grounding before you pull back your bow and aim. In this week's episode of "Love, Lust & Magick"- which happens to be the season finale- we are rooting in self-care that takes our bodies, hearts, and souls into account. Gabriela dives into the episode by sharing how therapy and medication are a part of a self-care practice as a witch, not against it, before sharing modalities and practices for listeners to try at home like: cleansing with smoke and crystals, taking cleansing baths for the Full and New Moon, how to ground and shield, how to begin a meditation practice, working with affirmations and journaling, and more.
