Ardent Run Club: Episode 5 - Jordan Scott

Today, Tomi waxes philosophical with Jordan Scott, a long distance runner currently residing near the Northern Frontier of the Roman Empire (North Shields).

Coached by the sagacious David Lowes, special guest in episode of Ardent Run Club Podcast, Jordan competes predominantly over the cross country and trails, but plans to return to the roads post-lockdown. Whilst Jordan prefers longer distance races, he will be aiming to revise personal bests across all distances (road and track) now that some underlying neural issues have been properly diagnosed and addressed. He talks about what motivates him, what he has learned, and his ambitions for the future. Sharing his journey so far, Jordan discusses the value of being coached by David and the positive changes he has delivered. In their conversation with Tomi, you will get to enjoy all of that, as well as insight into the cultural value of Lewis Hamilton.

We hope you learn something, get inspired, and Find Your Fire.
