Today, Tomi speaks with Saskia Huxham a middle-distance athlete from Sheffield.

Coached by David Lowes and Keith Whitelam, Saskia competes predominantly on the track but also dabbles in the cross country. Today we find out that Saskia's most suited to the 800m but wants to get back into her 400m hurdles too. She talks about what motivates her, what she has learned and her ambitions for the future. Sharing her journey so far, Saskia also talks about her will to fight and never give up and the positive changes that has brought.
