On this twenty-fifth episode of the podcast, I chat with Kevin Boehm. Kevin is a professional MMA fighter signed to Bellator. Kevin is also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a coach to his peers and students at American Top Team.

On this episode, Kevin shares how becoming a professional martial artist has changed his life and influenced his mental health. We dive into the self-talk that Kevin does with himself to keep his mind sharp. We talk about the confidence and the sense of purpose that Kevin has developed through creating a path for his life.

Kevin talks about the importance of cultivating a feeling & attitude of achieving your goals NOW... not someday in the future. Instead of imagining a future version of yourself that you will become "someday", decide to be that person today. When we become our "future selves" in the present day, our dreams manifest before our eyes.
