Or was drafted into the Israeli Air Force in 1999 and served as an F-16 fighter pilot for 10 years. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Haifa and an Executive Master of Public Administration from NYU. Upon completing his EMPA, Or joined Supersonic ( Iron Source ) to head their East Coast office. He later on moved back to Israel to join Google as an Industry Manager. Believing that upcoming changes in the regulatory space around the US sports industry will create massive business opportunities, Or decided to start a venture in this market and founded Fantasy Advantage in 2017.
