Merav Bahat is the CEO and co-founder of Dazz, who has spent her career creating category-leading technology products and building high-impact teams. Previously, Merav served as GM for the cloud security global business at Microsoft, and was also Deputy CEO of Microsoft Israel R&D, overseeing more than 2,500 employees. Prior, she was Product Strategy Group Director for Microsoft's Cloud & AI Security business unit, and Chief of Products and Business Development of Flash Networks. Merav has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management Engineering from Technion and a Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University and served as a fellow in the Harvard Business School-Kennedy School of Government program. As one of only a handful of female CEO-founders in cybersecurity, Merav is focused on mentoring and empowering women and young leaders.

Glez is a former Olympic synchronized swimmer, she competed for France at the 2000 Olympics and for Australia at the 2008 Olympics. She has worked in marketing and sponsorship for Accorhotels in France, Thailand, Australia and French Polynesia. She was a High Performance consultant and coach for British swimming before London 2012. She became the High Performance Director and then CEO of USA Synchronized Swimming after moving to the US in 2012. Glez is passionate about sports and wellness. She lives in Venice,CA with her husband and 11 year old daughter.
