#42. The Wiggles & Red Nose || Paul & Luke Field

Extremely lucky to be able to sit down with Paul and Luke Field this week for a chat! Paul Field might not wear a coloured skivvy, but he's one of the original brains behind the Wiggles - as their original and long serving manager. After his retirement Paul handed the reins of the The Wiggles machine to his son Luke who is still currently at the helm of the much loved children's band.

In 1988, Paul's daughter and Luke's sister, Bernadette, died from SIDS. Luke was 2 at the time and still remembers that devastating time. Since this Paul and Luke have both been huge ambassadors for Red Nose and the work they do in SIDs prevention. Paul stands by the fact that The Wiggles likely wouldn't exist if it wasn't for Red Nose Day. The transition from a pub rock band to a kids band kicked off with a gig for Red Nose Day.
