Episode 24: Outdoor Parasites

OH SNAP! The Crew went deep this week on that *saucy* little magazine article about how we are parasites, ooooooh. But before that Art, Stacey and #hundojoe were buzzing with nervous energy in preparation for the #CUT112, while Becky's gigantic ankle was raring to go at the Cayuga Falls 50 and Jimmy further tries to impress his peers by trying to run the Worlds End 100k. The Crew can't stay on task because they keep laughing at some random shit, and there's a big rundown of races coming up in the next month. CULTRA Karaoke is back and it's just like running threshold pace: comfortably uncomfortable. We dive into a *ton* of new FKTs that went down in CT over the last week, week and a half. Some were fast, some were short, some were *mixed gender*, some were long AF, but there's no denying it: we are on the map, right between NY, MA and that little state with the adorable islands, what's his face? Yeah. Also, we are not a cult. #hundojoe
