In our 45 minute conversation, Beckett shares his decade long journey to becoming an assistant coach, explains the various duties of a player development coach and assistant coach, and provides some insights into the players he has worked with over the years including Jamal Murray, Gary Harris, Will Barton, Nikola Jokic, and Michael Porter Jr.
