Finding Flow Postpartum, Bleed Energetics, & Cycle syncing for wombyn wholeness and well being

Hey everyone! It’s NEW YEARS EVE and such perfect timing for this episode. Although I recorded it literally on the Scorpio new moon a couple moons ago, and now we are here just a day after the Capricorn Mew Moon and a day before the new year, it’s so synchronistic today happened to be the day I pulled out this episode to share. I talk about navigating the new moon, the start of a new year, and the beginning of my bleed. This episode dives into finding your flow postpartum, bleed energetics, and cycle syncing for wholeness and wellbeing. I’ll share thoughts on releasing, finding patience, routines with baby, and the multidimensional healing that comes with bleeding.
