You will not sustainably lose weight long-term if you have not healed your emotional eating.

Weight loss feels like it should be the goal… but really, it isn’t.

If you eat emotionally, if you turn to food as a coping mechanism, then the hard truth is... no diet, no counting calories, is going to help you lose weight and keep it off for good.

Even if you lose weight at first, your current behaviors with food and eating will not go away.

Instead, the true goal is to heal from emotional eating, and our journey of healing is not the same as our weight loss journey.
