An Open Hockey Discussion (With Eric Lebryk)

An Open Hockey Discussion (With Eric Lebryk)

Eric Lebryk joins the show for this week's open hockey discussion. Eric is a good longtime friend of mine who used to play hockey for the University of Detroit Jesuit High School & Academy (one of my many former schools). He later went on to play at the college level for Grand Valley State University for a season. Aside from his personal playing career, Eric is a huge NHL fan. So, in this episode, we discuss his playing career, the current state of the NHL, and what he's currently up to nowadays.Follow Eric on his social media platforms:Instagram: @eric._lebryk18Snapchat: eric_lebryk5 Learn more about your ad choices. An Open Hockey Discussion (With Jake Krzyzaniak)

An Open Hockey Discussion (With Jake Krzyzaniak)

When your team isn't invited to the NHL playoff bubble, sometimes you have to learn to be adaptable. So, for this week, I am bringing in guest stars to have an open mic discussion about hockey. Some are players, some are fans, but, at the end of the day, they're all connected with the great sport of hockey. In today's episode, I had a discussion with Adrian College's assistant basketball coach, and also NHL fanatic, Jake Krzyzaniak (See? He already has a hockey last name). Jake also repped his New Jersey Devils hat for this discussion! He's always 100% dedicated to do something, that's what I like about him.Follow Jake on his social media platforms:Instagram: @jkraider99Snapchat: jkraider99Support Us By Supporting Our Sponsors!Rock Auto: Amazing selection. Locked On Sabres Dance With The Devils

Locked On Sabres Dance With The Devils

Happy Friday, everybody! I know you're probably sick of me talking about Lindy Ruff, but, hey, "Sneaky" Joe and Jordan Hansgen brought it up in this crossover episode not me! Since Ruff was a longtime Sabres head coach it only makes sense that Joe and Jordan wanted to discuss the "Ruff" signing/reality with me (Two past episode references. See what I did there?). Anyways, we also discussed about how much of a disappoint PK Subban and Jack Hughes have been so far with the Devils. They also made fun of me a little bit when the Devils lost 7-2 to the Sabres earlier this past season (I also broke down that game in a past episode).Follow "Sneaky" Joe on Twitter: @SneakyJoeWGRFollow Jordan on Twitter: @JRHansgen Learn more about your ad choices. Locked On Red Wings Dance With The Devils

Locked On Red Wings Dance With The Devils

As some of you may have already been aware, I grew up in Detroit, Michigan. So, it was definitely surreal to be talking hockey, and also Detroit in general, with a fellow Michigan native that is familiar with my sayings. Nolan and I discuss the similarities between the Red Wings and Devils, and also try to look into the future of both of our organizations. Don't worry this is NOT a pity party!Follow Nolan on Twitter: @nolanbianchiSupport Us By Supporting Our Sponsors! Rock Auto: Amazing selection. Reliably low prices. The One That Slipped Away (2012 Stanley Cup Finals Revisit)

Oh, boy, I guess this was inevitable. This episode is a follow up from yesterday's in which Sarah (Yes. She is back for the THIRD time in a row) and I analyze and discuss the 2012 Stanley Cup Finals. Yes. The one that slipped away from the Devils after trying to make the improbable comeback being down 3-0. Not only that, but we also discuss the aftermath it had on both of our respective teams.Follow Sarah on Twitter: @WriteSaidSarahSupport Us By Supporting Our Sponsors! Rock Auto: Amazing selection. Locked On Kings Dance With The Devils (2012 Season Revisit)

Everybody remembers 2012? Yeah. Good times, good times...Well, not for Devils fans. Because that was the year that we lost in the Stanley Cup. But how did we exactly get there? Well, Sarah's (Locked On Kings/Locked On NHL) back for the second time in a row. In this episode, she and I will provide our listeners the backstories to both of our respective conference champions before we move on to the Stanley Cup Finals.Follow Sarah on Twitter: @WriteSaidSarah Learn more about your ad choices. Locked On NHL Dances With The Devils

Locked On NHL Dances With The Devils

Yup. That's what I am going to call crossover episodes from here on out. The reason for that is because I am a fan of the 1989 Batman film that starred Jack Nicholson (Joker) and Michael Keaton (Batman). In a couple of scenes the Joker asked Batman, "Have you ever danced with the Devil in the pale moonlight?" So, there's a little Easter egg for y'all. But in all seriousness, in my first ever crossover episode, Sarah Avampato asked me questions about Lindy Ruff, my backstory, and this was sort of an introduction for hockey fans to know more about me and my personality.Follow Sarah on Twitter: @WriteSaidSarahSupport Us By Supporting Our Sponsors! Rock Auto: Amazing selection.
