As your school nurse, I’m so sorry to hear that you’re experiencing hearing issues. No need to worry I’ve got you covered! Just sit back, relax, and allow me to take care of you. I’ll start by checking you into your appointment, then start the ear cleaning process. Most of my students find the ear cleaning to be relaxing, so don't worry about any discomfort during the ear cleaning process. Next, I'm going to follow up with a series of audio/hearing tests to make sure your hearing has improved or it’s back to normal. All of your results will be in your student portal account under your student ID and student email, a copy of your results will be forwarded to your parents/guardians as well.
