Dr Sophie Bostock

Joining Adrienne in the studio today is the incredible Sophie Bostock. Sophie is a passionate advocate for the importance of sleep for health and wellbeing. Sophie studied medicine at the University of Nottingham before developing an interest in healthcare innovation. Sophie completed her PhD at UCL in 2013, which explored the mechanisms linking work stress, wellbeing and cardiovascular disease. A workplace evaluation of a mindfulness app led to an interest in digital medicine. As a Sleep Evangelist and Innovation Lead at Big Health, she is working towards the company’s mission to help millions of people to improve their sleep and mental wellbeing by harnessing the power of digital medicine.

The Power Hour podcast gets to know other people’s processes to greatness. Join Adrienne as she invites guest speakers from coaches, creatives and innovators to discuss their daily habits and the key to achieving personal success and well-being.
