From U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer to Director of Talent Acquisition: Meet Ivan Perry

Ivan Perry currently serves as the director of talent acquisition for Choice Hotels International. He has spent close to 10 years in the retained executive search industry. Before his career in executive search, Ivan served in the U.S. Air Force, trained as an intelligence officer and acquisitions program manager. He had several assignments overseas, including three tours in Afghanistan.

Ivan graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a Bachelor of Science in management and graduated with a Master of Science in organizational communication at Northwestern University. He currently serves as an Ambassador to Charlie Mike Vets, a nonprofit that is highlighting veteran transitions into corporate America as a means of positive messaging for the veteran community.
