Secondly, we are going to determine the areas you are subconsciously creating the biggest chaos and drama...are you taking on too many tasks, is it hard for you to keep on top of your relationships, is your physical surrounding the biggest obstacle to simplifying your life? And then lastly, I am going to show you an exercise that will get you out of your comfort zone and will help you overcome the underlying belief that has kept you in this loop forever.
