Those are things that are just natural to us and nowadays they're not really guiding us in the right direction all the time. We do the thing that's going to keep us safe now, but we're not doing the thing that's gonna make our life better in the long term.

But if you listen to your gut instincts and you just interpret them in a way that it's beneficial for the long term, you'll have amazing results. So today I really want to narrow it down for you. So next time you feel this gut instinct come up in your relationship, you know exactly, Oh, now I'm going to do it differently than I've always done it before because now I'm really optimizing my longterm benefits.
