Today I want to talk to you about the cognitive functions: Extraverted Sensing vs. Introverted sensing in regards to decluttering. You may have seen that decluttering is like a huge hype right now. You see shows on Netflix like "The Home Edit" for example, it's a huge hit. Everybody is on this topic. For the ones of you, who've been following my program for a long time, know that decluttering is part of physical energy management, which in itself is one of the five pillars to an Epic Life. So I'm a huge fan of it. I think it helps us INFJs in particular to gain energy to go for our dreams. So this is a very important aspect. A lot of you asked me, well, how does that work for us when we are not people who value introverted sensing as in being detail-oriented. I'm here to tell you it is so much more about extroverted sensing and how are we gonna attack that - this is the topic of today's video.
