INFJ Life Coach Lesson: The INFJ reality break is a blessing in disguise. I know that many of my clients have found it so devastating, but this was actually the wake-up call for them to finally start living their life again and not just existing day by day.

We all have those days. The ones where nothing goes right and you feel like giving up on yourself, but what's important to remember about these moments in our lives? They are a necessary part of growth! It may sound cliche at first glance--I know it did for me too—but when things get tough really think back: Have any good memories come out of this mistake or disaster ? Maybe now is not such an bad time after all because there will be new opportunities ahead with fresh hope filling every day anew.
