In the latest episode of the “Best Coast Boys” podcast, hosts Landon McCool and the Dallas Morning News’ John Owning review the Dallas Cowboys offense in their matchup with the Miami Dolphins.

The “Best Coast Boys” podcast is a Cowboys-centric podcast that will delve into many other topics. Whether it is the NFL, Cowboys, movies, music, comics, food or Mixed Martial Arts, nothing is off limits on the “Best Coast Boys” podcast.

After the pleasantries, the guys catch up on all the latest injuries news and notes surrounding the Cowboys roster. After that, Landon and John dive into their review of the Cowboys offense vs the Dolphins. The guys begin by giving their overarching thoughts on Dallas’ performance.

The guys then give a position-by-position review, starting at QB. Landon was very impressed with Dal Prescott’s play despite the diminished numbers. John talks about why it was a good sign that Prescott got greedy. At the RB position, John and Landon laud the play Tony Pollard and Ezekiel Elliott while discussing what allowed each RB to be successful. The guys also discuss the OL, specifically mention the great play of Zack Martin, Tyron Smith and La’el Collins. At the WR position, the guys give praise to Amari Cooper and how he got the better of an All-Pro CB.

To finish the show, the guys give a preview of Dallas’ upcoming game against the Saints. John reveals why a Dallas victory should be in the teams future.

The “Best Coast Boys” podcast will return late this week to review the Cowboys defense and look forward to this weekend’s slate of games. Join us!
