Kiora Johnson is the Founder & Executive Director of God's Blessings Plan which has been in operation as a 501c3 charitable nonprofit since January 2018. She has her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park with majors in Finance and International Business. She then went on to obtain her M.B.A from Fordham University with specializations in Communications & Media Management as well as Finance. After over 20 years of working in budget and planning roles, in 2018 Mrs. Johnson was led to leave her position as a Finance professional making six figures and work full time for God’s Blessings Plan, without taking a salary. The organization offers basic necessities to those most vulnerable in communities throughout Long Island and all 5 boroughs of New York City.

The mission is to show the love and compassion of Christ to our local communities through strategic outreaches and programs, designed to meet needs and leave people with a sense of love and dignity. The vision is to be a beacon of light, hope, and equality for the underserved and underrepresented throughout the world. Kiora's devotion to God and being filled with the love and joy of Christ is what motivates her each day to help His children that have been overlooked. Her desire is to provide a safe, engaging and judgment-free space for those most in need to simply experience a small snippet of what it is to be loved by Christ through other people.
