190. The Truth About Sex

Is sex shameful to you, or something to be hidden and not spoken about? Or is sex a celebration and receiving of different energies?

In today's episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks uncensored with Christopher Hughes about sex.

For most people, sex is shushed and put under the table and you're told to not talk about it at the dinner table or in certain company, whereas Chris will talk about absolutely anything, and go down that road with you, with absolutely no judgement, because for Chris, sex is incredibly creative. Every time he has sex, he gains some awareness, he learns something, and his world grows.

Chris' target is to get to a place where people are no longer functioning from shame and wrongness, and give themselves permission to enjoy whatever they like and whatever works for them.
