Causes of Fascial Alterations

Fascial distortions can be due to overuse, injury, everyday repetitive mvt or stress, poor circulation and lack of essential minerals and vitamins. Like any other tissue fascia works better if it gets sufficient oxygenated blood supply. With Fascia Therapy we can diminish aches and pains, increase flexibility, range of movement, enhance performance and accelerate recovery.
