11. Postpartum Rage + PMDD // My Honest and Raw Experience

Hi Mama,

Wow, I am so nervous to release this episode!! I listened back to it after recording and despite the noises in the background I'm happy because it's one of my best episodes to date. I'm honest, raw and vulnerable as I discuss my recent struggles with Postpartum Rage and PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder) because I want you to know you are NOT ALONE if you suffer from either of these issues.

1. My experience with postpartum rage (what it is, triggers, how it feels)

2. How I realized it might be PMDD instead

3. Symptoms and info about PMDD

4. How I plan to try and treat my PMDD
