Pierre LeBrun Reported That Jake Evans is The New Jersey Devils' Top Trade Target

Last month, Pierre LeBrun reported that the New Jersey Devils are interested in Montreal Canadiens' forward Jake Evans. He would be a solid addition to the Devils lineup since they're searching for more depth assets. Evans is in the final year of his three-year, $5.1 million contract. Over the past year, the Canadiens have made a few trades with the Devils including Jake Allen and Johnathan Kovacevic. Both players have benefited the Devils.
