In the past, Larry was morbidly obese and had IBS, bloody gums, bloody stools, severe asthma, allergies, depression, and brain fog. One day, Larry stopped buying bread and pasta. [09:25] Both Kay Lynne and Larry Have Benefited From Lifestyle Changes As an elementary school teacher, Kay Lynne ate a lot of processed foods throughout the day. When Larry changed his diet, Kay Lynne followed suit. Larry and Kay Lynne started intermittent fasting organically because they simply weren’t hungry. Kay Lynne’s heaviest weight was 210, and she lost 70 pounds.
