Tony Revell - Athlete, coach and family man chasing the Elite 15 Pro Doubles!

Tony Revell is an incredible athlete with a wealth of knowledge and experience, in this episode he talks about his background as an elite cross country mountain biker, training, mentality and how he has a 'switch' on race day!

As the other half of the incredible doubles duo with Ciaran Parkinson, Tony gives us an insight into 'that race' in Melbourne where they both made the long journey to Australia with the aim to qualify for the Elite 15 Pro Doubles where they fell short and came 4th by 12 seconds. We speak about the 'comeback' and what the future looks like with Miami in the pipeline.

We also talk doubles tactics and get some top tips to help with splitting stations depending on abilities, there is loads of awesome information to take away from this episode!

Vienna was on the cards with Lee Tuck but since recording this episode Lee had to pull out and Tony raced with Danny Rae - setting the Open Men's Doubles British Record in a time of 49:46 - EPIC!!
