A temporary job packing boxes in the shipping department at Zachys wine auctions, though, persuaded him to make a career in fine wine. there, Jermaine would begin an accomplished 9-year career with them, learning the intricacies of fine wine warehousing and shipping, client service, and auctioneering. he rose to the position of logistics manager, overseeing the inbound and outbound transport of $60 million worth of fine wine annually. He graduated at the top of his class at NYU in the Global Liberal Studies Program and then worked as consultant for Capgemini in both New York and San Francisco. Following this experience, he career-changed and pursued his passion for food enrolling in Le Grand Diplôme, an intensive full-time cuisine and pastry culinary program at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Upon graduation, he went on to work at Michelin 2-star ** restaurant Sur Mesure Par Thierry Marx which is located in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris.
