Episode 77 - ADHD Friendly Productivity: The Organise-D Way with Hayley Harrison

On this episode, host Archie is joined by a truly inspiring guest, Hayley Harrison—entrepreneur, ADHD advocate, and co-founder of Organise-D.

Hayley is a productivity specialist with a passion for helping individuals—particularly those with ADHD—find systems that work for their unique brains. As the co-founder of Organise-D, she’s built a business dedicated to providing practical tools, strategies, and resources to help people stay on top of their day-to-day organisation, something that can be particularly challenging for neurodivergent minds.

But Hayley’s story is more than just about business—she’s also a parent to a neurodivergent child and was recently diagnosed with Adult ADHD herself. Through her personal journey of discovery, self-acceptance, and adaptation, she brings a powerful perspective on both parenting and professional life while living with ADHD. On this fascinating episode, Archie and Hayley discuss about Hayley’s experience as a late-diagnosed adult with ADHD, the challenges and rewards of raising a neurodivergent child while also being neurodivergent herself, and how she navigates entrepreneurship with ADHD. Hayley also shares some of the strategies she’s developed to stay organised and productive—without working against the way her brain naturally functions.

You can find out more about Hayley’s work and explore her ADHD-friendly productivity tools and resources by visiting her website:
