Todays episode features Jason and Alia. Together, we discuss our unconscious gender biases, focusing more specifically on those formed as a result of our social environments in order to create awareness on the unknown prejudices you may have.

Segment 1:

- The shame behind boys or girls liking the colour pink

- The human nature behind wanting to fit in which enforces the stereotypes and biases we have

- The influence of unconscious biases on our career choices

Segment 2:

- We delve deeper into the influence of unconscious biases on our career choices

- Women not being encouraged to be as ambitious as men

- The differences between mens’ and womens’ stereotypical role in society

- The relationships between children and their mothers versus with their fathers.

- Are women biologically more empathetic than men?
