Dave is an American artistic gymnast and co-owner of Power Monkey Fitness, and today he’s here to introduce the benefits of gymnastics for weightlifting. In this episode we’ll be diving into the world of gymnastics in an effort to understand how mastering one’s bodyweight can translate into a better overall athlete, especially for Olympic Weightlifting.
