Diet Breaks, the what, the why and the how.

For our clients success we use phases throughout their journey. An important tool that we use is a diet break. This is to eliminate diet fatigue, the stress from dieting itself, bringing back hormones and the metabolism and enables us to work around special events or holidays as well.
