She loves to help others explore sexual pleasure, BDSM, healing from trauma, as well as working through and renaming shame. In her teaching, she incorporates spiritual components, how the body experiences and responds to physical stimuli, an approach that also incorporates emotional and mental components, while also including social, learned responses, biology, and science. She offers so much help to the world with her work. Her work provides coaching for individuals and couples, plus help for people through one on one sessions as well as organized workshops. She often focuses on women's wellness in many ways as well.

We chat about how sex toys are rather tools, how the A/B game can help couples have better sex, and how the principles of BDSM actually are beneficial to even vanilla sex (which is not shameful by the way!).
