Journaling has many positives effects!

Take a listen to why you should journal and the affects on the brain.

Here are some journal prompts:

1. Where are you in your life and what are you currently feeling?

2. Write for 15 minutes, even if you feel like you have nothing to say, keep going and see where your subconscious takes you.

3. Write to your inner child.

4. Write about your gratitude, struggles, and successes.
