Mental Health Challenge: Read a Book

Escape to another world while reading the words on a page or listening to an audiobook.

There's so many books I have always said I wanted to read and just never got to it! I now read a book a month, granted I haven't done it in a while but I can't wait to get into it!
I also dedicate a part of my one hour for my time in the morning to reading at least for 30 minutes because it relaxes me!
