Mental Health Challenge: Fears

Make a list of fears, and then plan a time to over come one those fears!

This Summer or Fall I am going planning to go skydiving. I am terrified of heights and jumping from a plane even in an emergency, so this will be interesting.

Every 3 or 4 months I decide to do something that scares even if its something like sending a text to someone I haven't talked to in a while!
