Bev calls in from Cagnes sur Mer in France and we review the racing and news from the weekend.

Dr. Wilson is an assistant professor of exercise science and directs the Human Performance Laboratory at Old Dominion University. He is a recognized expert on how exercise, nutrition, and psychology affect gut function in athletes and has authored over 45 scientific articles that span the disciplines of exercise science, sports nutrition, and health.

We invite Dr Kate Baldwin of Valere Endurance back on the show to talk about ITB Syndrome. We discuss how to distinguish ITBS from runner's knee, the causal factors of ITBS and how to manage and recover from it.
