She is an experienced certified yoga instructor, having trained at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health and at the School Yoga Institute. In March 2023, she studied with Bernie Clark and received a Yin Yoga Teacher Certification. Michelle has been awarded certifications at the 200, 500, 800, and 1,000 hour level. She greatly influenced by the spiritual teachings of Namadeva Archarya, Thomas Ashley-Farrand. Michelle considers, Raji, Gretchen Carmel, as her spiritual guide and teacher of Sanskrit devotional practices. Michelle is honored to have taken classes and workshops with the following teachers whom have greatly influenced the development of her yoga practice, lifestyle and her yoga teaching- Sharon Gannon, Seane Corn, Elena Brower, Gabby Bernstein, Tao Porchon-Lynch and Snatam Kaur Khalasa. Michelle’s teaching style is an eclectic blend of classical knowledge combined with intuitive awareness, meeting each practitioner exactly where they are on their mat.
