Today we have a very special guest on the show, Ashely Coto!


Ashley started her fitness journey a few years ago. She has experienced both extremes of being very underweight and also overweight. From bootcamp classes and underrating, to being sedentary and overeating, she has a lot of experience to share from her journey.


Today she is the strongest she's ever felt, getting more comfortable in her skin daily, and truly understands the value of her health today.


Ashley is also a newly found coach in the fitness field, now sharing her knowledge and experience with others to help them become the strongest and healthiest versions of themselves.
