Ed Marks has really made a name for himself in cross country, even though he keeps a pretty low profile and doesn't post much on social media or Strava. In this chat, he opens up about his success in the sport, including a great 23rd-place finish at the World Championships. Ed also talks about why he decided to coach himself now, wanting more control and to finally get a handle on past injuries. Plus, he shares why he stayed in Australia instead of going the U.S. college route, and much more.
