Double drama on a Disney cruise ship as a girl goes overboard, then her dad jumps in after her. The ship was returning from a four-night cruise to the Bahamas when the girl plummeted from the fourth-floor deck. Thankfully, the ship's rescue boat was nearby to bring the father and daughter to safety. Steven Fabian spoke with a passenger who was there. And more than two and half years after four University of Idaho students were brutally murdered in their off-campus house, the trial is about to begin. Now, we are hearing from the boyfriend and girlfriend who were the first to discover the bodies. Plus, we're learning new details about the sniper who cops say ambushed and killed two firefighters after deliberately setting a brush fire. He was later found dead at the scene. When he recently turned 20, his mom posted a loving tribute, but his final moments were allegedly filled with acts of violence. And you may have seen that drama at Beyonce’s first show in Houston, when there was a malfunction with her flying car that left her dangling sideways above the crowd. The big question being asked after that scare is, would Beyonce go back in the air on her second night in Houston? A fourth night of chaos in Los Angeles as protesters angry about federal immigration raids clashed with the LAPD and national guard... with marines also deployed to help restore peace. A news crew captured two women handing out full face masks to the demonstrators. The masks are called "bionic shields" because they offer full protection from the tear gas and rubber bullets being fired by law enforcement. And the reporters covering the mayhem live say it's like being in a warzone. They often find themselves in the line of fire...one even landed in the hospital after getting struck in the leg by a projectile. Plus, a doorbell camera captures a nanny in distress. While taking care of three children, she was attacked with bear spray by a home invader... and the home targeted wasn't just any home, it reportedly belongs to Grammy winning singer Macklemore. And it's the gas you get at the dentist to help you relax... it's called nitrous oxide, but you may know it as laughing gas. It can also be used to make whipped cream. Now comes a warning after a 29-year-old woman died after inhaling the gas for fun.   To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices. Los Angeles is bracing for more chaos after protestors, angry over the Trump administration's deportation policies, clashed with the LAPD and two thousand members of the California National Guard. In the midst of the chaos, protestors found a way to ambush Waymo driverless taxis by ordering them to the epicenter of the violence, and then setting them ablaze.   And the fact that President Trump made the decision to send in the National Guard without a request from the governor has led to an all-out war. After all, National Guard troops haven't been sent in to deal with unrest since the Civil Rights Movement in 1965. After Trump's border czar threatened to arrest California Governor Gavin Newsom if he tries to block ICE raids, Newsom hit back saying, come and get me. Plus, the manhunt continues for the most hated dad in America - charged with murdering his three beautiful young daughters. With authorities now thinking he may have fled to Canada. This comes as the children's mother is sharing never before seen photos of her little girls that were supposed to be posted this weekend for Father’s Day, but are now a heartbreaking reminder of what she lost. And Broadway's Tony Awards were handed out last night and the real Cinderella story is Nicole Scherzinger who won best actress in a musical for the reboot of Sunset Boulevard. The fact she went from The Pussycat Dolls to an award winning Broadway star had her in tears. What a battle - the world's richest man vs the world's most powerful. Still no peace deal between President Trump and Elon Musk after their big ugly battle erupted over the president's ‘big beautiful’ bill. And as one big jab to Musk, The White House confirmed the president now wants to sell his Tesla. And you see them at every kids’ birthday party - mylar balloons filled with helium. They can really add to a festive atmosphere, but they also come with a warning. Kids like to suck in the helium to make funny, cartoon-like voices - but that can be deadly. A six year old boy just died, after inhaling helium from a balloon left over from his birthday party. Plus, singer Shakira did a lot of hip shaking at her sold out concert in Orlando, but it wasn't just the 45,000 fans in the stadium who could hear the music - so could people miles away! Police received more than 60 complaint calls saying their windows were literally shaking. And now a moving message in a bottle story... A 24-year-old woman in England placed her mother's ashes in a bottle and threw it into the sea with this message:  "This is my mum. Throw her back in — she’s travelling the world. Thanks, Cara." Just 12 hours later, it washed ashore on the same beach. Following the instructions - the ashes were thrown back in the water. The late mom's daughter says it’s a way to fulfill her mom's wish of traveling the world. Now it’s going viral, leading to tears all over social media.   To learn more about listener data and our privacy practices visit: https://www.audacyinc.com/privacy-policy Learn more about your ad choices.
